HR Management Suite
by WinLineSTUDIOS

The HR suite for teams that run on shifts: smart rosters, employee profiles, leave and sick days in the app, absence insight, payroll export, and straight answers on Irish employment law.

Why we built it

In a small business, the roster is someone's second job.

In the smaller companies we work with, a manager loses hours every week to a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and a pile of swap requests.

And the result is still a guess. The strongest people end up on quiet Tuesday mornings, the same two people work every weekend, and nobody notices a rest-period breach until someone complains.

Next week's roster, in under a minute.

Watch Crew read your busy hours, place your strongest people at the peaks, share the weekends fairly, fix a rest-rule clash and share it with the whole team by link.

Smart rostering

Your best people, on at your busiest times.

Crew learns when you're busy from your own sales, footfall or ticket volume, then drafts a roster that puts experience where it matters, spreads the hard shifts fairly and checks every working-time rule before a manager sees it.

How Crew knows your strongest team

Every employee has a profile. You decide what counts.

Each person's profile brings together the skills you've signed off, their experience, their availability and preferences, and results from the systems you already use, like sales per hour or customer feedback. Crew weighs them the way you set, and shows its working on every shift.

Time off, leave and sick days

Staff ask in the app. Managers act in one tap.

Annual leave, a day off or a sick day is requested from the Crew app on any phone. The manager gets a notification straight away, opens Crew, and sees the balance and the effect on cover before approving. If someone's out sick, Crew suggests who can cover.

Absence insight

See patterns early, and handle them fairly.

Crew shows how sick days, leave and roster pressure are trending across teams, so a manager can act on a pattern with a conversation, not a policy. Health data is treated as health data from the first build.

Payroll export

Ready for the payroll you already use.

At the end of each pay period Crew totals hours, overtime, Sunday premium, leave and sick days, checks them against the roster, and exports a file laid out for your payroll software, in Ireland or the UK.

Check a decision before you make it.

Describe what you're planning. Crew compares it with the law, the WRC codes of practice and published WRC decisions on similar facts, then gives a risk rating, the reasons behind it, and what to do first to bring the risk down.
